  • 1. Shipping

 

We offer free shipping for pillow covers all over Indonesia, and worldwide for all orders over 300 in a single transaction.

 

  A) International Shipping

All our orders are sent from Bali / Indonesia. The shipping rate will automatically be added after you choose your delivery country in the drop-down menu.We will happily ship anywhere in the World. Shipping is calculated by weight and is in Euro :

 

Europe Zone A : Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Europe Zone B : Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Denmark

Latin America : Suriname, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, Dominica Rep, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Haiti, Argentina, Panama, Venezuela.

Africa : Turkey, Senegal, Tunisia, Zambia.

Oceania: Australia, New Zeleand.

USA : USA.

Asia : Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, India, South Korea, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives , Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, China (People's Rep.), Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Viet Nam, Hong Kong.

  B) Shipment Method

Your order will be shipped via EMS with a tracking number, for any destination in the world We use EMS as reputable international freight company.
Orders may experience delays in processing time due to busy SALE periods or Balinese National Holidays  

  C) Estimated Time

Most orders will ship out within 2-5 working days of ordering, we do not operate over the weekend. As such, orders placed after Close of Business (Bali Time UTC +8) Friday evening throughout the weekend will not be addressed until the following Monday morning,            or                              However some orders will take 5-8 days to process due to fabric disponibility and regarding that our products are hand-mande and in limited edition.

  D) Taxes and Customs Charges

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, they are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge

  • ​2. Delivery

 

Delivery prices and dates vary depending on the weight/number of the items purchased and your delivery address. For the most accurate, up-to-date delivery options for the items you wish to purchase, add the products to your basket, choose your country in the drop-down menu and the price regarding the shipment will automatically be added, then proceed to checkout. Regardless of how many items you buy, you will only be charged for one delivery.

  A) Delivery Time

Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and quality checks. Delivery will be made to the address provided. Please make sure that the address is correct, we will not be in charge for any mistakes due to the address.
Delivery lead time for products may vary. Each product has a lead time displayed on it indicating when you can expect delivery of your order. Deliveries to rural addresses and in some areas may take longer than the time indicated. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched to ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.

 

  B) Late Delivery

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control save as precluded by law. We will endeavor to deliver within 30 days of the contract being entered into. Please contact us at infos@canelabali.com as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Carrier Company.

  C) Address Delivery

We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order, if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control there may be a charge.
If a customer requires a parcel to be redirected because a wrong address has been given, there will be a redirect charge.

 

 D)  Damaged Product

If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven 2 days of delivery at infos@canelabali.com We require you to notify us within seven 2) days to ensure a prompt response from us. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened. We cannot accept any liability for goods which are damaged or sent in error unless you notify us pursuant to these terms and conditions.

 

  E) Receipt of package and Client’s responsibilities

 

The Client must firm the receipt from the carrier and check the condition and the content of the parcel in the presence of the carrier and record any reservations on the delivery slip (damage, damaged package, missing product compared to delivery slip, open product...). In the absence of noting such points, the product is considered to be accepted by the Client and cannot be the subject of any dispute concerning its delivery.
